Gods

From Pradeshverse Wiki

This document catalogs the divine entities, cosmic architects, and localized deities who shape the metaphysical landscapes of Ensla and Empyrie. The directory includes the ancient, primordial Elder Gods, the subsequent generation of Younger Gods, and The Loa, the gods of Enca.

The Elder Gods of Stella

The Elder Gods represent the earliest manifestations of universal awareness following the dawn of creation. Operating from the celestial seat of Stella, these primordial entities hold absolute dominion over foundational concepts, elemental laws, and the primary magic lineages of the realm.

The Stellar Overlords

  • Mehturt: The Mother of Life and the Morning Star. She is the primordial goddess of creation, cosmic order, and the stellar configurations. Her divine energy forms the absolute baseline infrastructure for both the Celestial Stars and the entire system of Summoning Magic.
  • Ra: The supreme solar deity and the Elder God of the Sun. Wielding incandescent light and cosmic fire, his divine intervention directly engineered the creation of the Valkyrie vanguard during the Holy Wars.
  • Set: The Elder God of Shadows. He governs the liminal space of the dusk and the final rays of fading daylight, serving as the cosmic origin point for twilight and primordial shadow manipulation. Furthermore, Set reigns as the supreme absolute patron deity of both Shadowquips and ascended Void Angels, anchoring their ability to draw power through ambient darkness and traverse the extraplanar voids.
  • Anubis: The Elder God of Death and the Great Void. He commands the transition of souls and absolute termination, acting as the patron deity of the Evening Star Archangels (known historically as the Reapers of Anubis).
  • Bastet: The Elder Goddess of Animals and Primal Fauna. She holds absolute dominion over the natural wild, green magic, and predatory instincts, providing the spiritual baseline for naturally occurring Shifters.
  • Heset: The Divine Chef of the Gods. She is the patron goddess of culinary arts, sustenance, and the mystical properties woven into the preparation of food.
  • Isis: The Goddess of the Hearth and Home. She provides absolute protection over domestic sanctuaries, familial bloodlines, and the grounding emotional links of the mortal realm.
  • Horus: The Elder God of Kingship, the Sky, and Righteous Retribution.
  • Osiris: The Lord of the Underworld, Cycles, and Resurrection.

Independent and Primordial Deities

  • Corvus: The Black-Winged Messenger, an independent Lesser God of ravens, messages, secrets, memory, loyalty, truth and oaths. Formerly the Messenger of the Gods, he voluntarily relinquished his divine office through the First Black Feather Covenant and now exists as a Divine Summoned Spirit, accepting bonds of his own choosing. He is the principal deity of Draevenne and patron spirit of House Rayven of Pergrand.
  • Bob: The Primordial Sovereign of Prehistory. Bob holds a highly unique, ancient dual-patronage over both prehistoric fauna (serving as the God of Dinosaurs) and the spatial mechanics of the cosmos (the God of Wormholes). His ancient reptilian genetic templates were perfectly preserved within Quill, the monolithic dinosaur shifter whom Kressa later exploited to breed her imperial wyverns. Bob's spatial mastery also governs the localized planar rifts utilized across the realms.
  • Venus: The Celestial Goddess of Love, Beauty, and Compassion. Her divine blessing anchors the exceptionally rare **Venusian Summoners** and the genetic lineage of the **Venusian Treasures**.
  • Hephaestus: The Master Architect and God of the Forge, Metallurgy, and Craftsmanship.

The Sovereign Patrons

  • The Clockwork Queen: The supreme mechanical deity and absolute patron of the nation of Estrelle. Her divine calculations and blessing form the foundation of Estrelle's advanced engineering, steering the unique inheritance of the **Clockwork Dragonkyn**.
    • Geopolitical Alignment: Beyond her sovereign rule in Estrelle, the Clockwork Queen is historically recognized as one of the two ruling Head Goddesses within the influential Loa Pantheon of Enca.

The Younger Gods

Emerging in the eras following the establishment of the Garden of the Heavens, the Younger Gods govern localized human concepts, emotional states, and direct martial interventions across Earth Land.

  • Athena: The Goddess of Strategic Warfare, Wisdom and Peerless Combat Execution.
  • Apollo: The God of Music, Archery, and Prophecy.
  • Zeus: The God of the Sky, Lightning, and Sovereignty.
  • Hera: The Queen of the Gods, Patroness of Marriage, and Imperial Bloodlines.
  • Poseidon: The Sovereign of the Oceans, Deep Waters, and Seismology.
  • Ares: The God of Brutal War, Bloodlust, and Physical Combat.
  • Artemis: The Goddess of the Hunt, the Wilderness, and the Moon.
  • Demeter: The Goddess of Agriculture, the Harvest, and Earthly Cycles.
  • Hermes: The Herald of the Gods, Patron of Travelers, Commerce, and Thieves.
  • Cupid: The Deity of Affection, Romantic Allure, and Sudden Attraction.
  • Eros: The Deity of Passionate Affection, Desire, and Erotic Love. (Note: Metaphysically distinct and independent from Cupid).

The Loa: Gods of Enca

The Loa are the gods of Enca. Their pantheon is co-ruled by The Clockwork Queen and Lloth. Some members also hold roles within other divine groupings.

  • The Clockwork Queen: Co-ruling Head Goddess of the Loa; patron of invention, ingenuity and Estrelle.
  • Lloth: The Lady of Spiders; co-ruling Head Goddess of the Loa and mistress of webs and shadows.
  • Damshiel: The Fallen Vanguard; mate and martial protector of Lloth.
