Elphiel Dixon is a Grand General of Seven, Lord of the Flock, and an immortal Dire Shapeshifter. Also known as Horus, an epithet reflecting his status as a living God of Birds, he is the husband and eternal mate of Louis.

Immortal Dire Shapeshifter and oldest being on the planet. Can mentally reach birds and bird shapeshifters over 4,000 miles. Fiercely loyal to Nuryev; chose Seven after being freed by him.
