Rickter Sunlion is a Grand General of Seven and leader of the Pride, its feline shapeshifter division. He is the son of Aslan, God of Lions.

7 feet tall, heavily muscled, tanned, blonde hair, gentle amber eyes; lion form is a massive golden lion larger than an elephant.

Cida's altered lineage
In the discussion of Enca's Guardian recovery, Nuryev explains that Cida's altered body includes substantial Dire material from Rickter as well as stabilizing material from Kittar. He cautions that her present genetics therefore cannot simply represent those of an unaltered born Encan Guardian. This describes laboratory alteration, not biological parentage. (DN 9.)
