Quill Richardson is a Grand General of Seven, ancient Dire Shifter and the Last Dinosaur. His shifted form is an enormous Spinosaurus.

Appears around thirty.
Attire and forms
black formal military uniform with gold embroidery, braided cords, ornate sun/star insignia, dark belts and fur-trimmed burgundy cloak. Casual jeans, rugged brown boots and loose sleeveless top or exposed torso. Shifted form: enormous Spinosaurus with long crocodilian snout, prominent teeth, tall dorsal sail, dark gray/black scales and golden-orange highlights.
Roles and character
Grand General of Seven; Ancient Dire Shifter, the Last Dinosaur. Found in stasis within a volcano in Mian, discovered by the Black Queen. Calm, easygoing and relaxed. Must carefully restrain immense strength; can tear doors from frames or punch people through walls if careless. Values control and peace.

The coronation attack
Quill arrives with Seven's forces as Darksiders attack Penni's airdocks. His immense physical strength lets him break their armored bodies directly while the smaller dinosaur shifters move around him. He participates in the defense of the arriving delegations and Curtis's motorcade, demonstrating how formidable he is even without shifting into his largest form. (DN 9.)
