Dragonkyn magic was developed on Pinia in 1300 of the current Calendar system.
It was created in tandem of Mages and the dragons that liked humanity and wanted to see them able to protect themselves and be able to not worry about a growing faction of dragons that were becoming more and more aggressive towards humans on the whole.
