History

Archangel magic was created during the Holy Wars that consumed Ensla for over 1000 years. To help the Celestial, Holy and Light mages that were battling demons and devils from some of the deepest planes of hell, the Celestials created Archangel Magic.

Mehturt, Ra and Anubis worked to create this magic, blessing the mortal realm with the magic of kingdom plane.

Archangels were incredibly strong against dark magics, demons and devils, and, mating to one provided a power boost, as well as the ability to draw magic power form the Archangel mage that was designed to have high magic refill rates and massive magic containers just for prolonged combat with powerful devils and demons while supporting their mated or bound mage.

There needs to be three for the magic to expand and diversify, one of each type of Archangel Mage.

Types of Archangels

Morning Stars: White pearly wings, Users of Renewal, Rebirth, Powerful Mind Magics and pure white light magics of fire. Capable of finding the Light in the darkness, the truth in lies and forcing the mind itself to comply to Justice and Light. As their magic develops their hair and eyes will lighten, reaching a platinum blonde color and a pale variety of whatever their birth color was of their eyes. Morning Stars also tend to have the largest magical capacity of the three varieties because they can use healing magics.

Mid-day Star: Fiery Golden wings. Masters of Devine Fire and users of Light magic and daylight related magic. Mid-Days are the fastest in flight and in combat, they are designed to move faster than is humanly possible, to be able to accelerate past the sound barrier both in flight and in their movements during combat. They are the most "common" form of Archangel among the heavenly host of Kingdom Plane but are no more so than the other types among the human mage form of the magic set. As their magic develops, they will always develop golden hair and pale colored eyes.

Evening Star: Black Wings; Masters of black fire, gravity magic, Reapers of Anubis. They are the Last Line of defense, nearly unmovable, able to traverse the blackest places, resistant to some of the darkest magics known. They are capable of banishment to the deepest planes, able to access sealing spells and visit death on immortal demons. Extreme resistance to damage is inherent with the magic, an Evening Star is built to be able to hold the line and take what the largest most potent 9th level demons and devils of hell can dish out. Wrapped in their wings, the explosion of a nuclear bomb wouldn't damage them, they can stand through an apocalypse level event, made to escort the 4 horsemen.

The First Triad

The Morning Star, Jacamar. A soft spoken man of high intellect and compassion with immensely strong mental magics and sword skills.

The Mid-Day Star Galasfriel. haughty, arrogant and a serious lover of both women and men alike. Galasfriel was fast, using solar magics and heavy weaponry.

The Evening Star. Kayliss. Quiet, powerful, with strong honor and morals he was a compassionate man but absolutely merciless on the battlefield and was often said to be truly without fear.

Other Information

No Archangel can form contracts with Summon spirits but they can call upon them and it is up to the spirits whether or not they respond. Archangels can travel, open gates into the Celestial realms and travel independently through them.

Unfortunately, human greed over rode all the good intentions behind the magics design and Archangels became hunted, mages would kill each other to possess one, duel and kill their mates so they could force them to mate with the winning mage rather than follow their mate into death. Mages would bind several Archangels, use them as magical batteries and power ups in their pursuits of power and, by the end of the holy wars, only two of the originals were left. Jacamar the first Morning Star, and Galasfriel, the first Mid-day star, Kayliss, the First Evening star killed himself when his mate was killed in a duel rather than be forced into slavery.

The church used Jacamar and his mate to power a gate to lock away the last of the demons at the end of the war, killing Jacamar's mate and after he and Galasfriel sealed away the army, he supposedly followed his mate into death and Galasfriel disappeared never to be heard from again.
